By submitting an order form on our shop, you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions stated below:

1. NO REFUND once the buyer already paid for the down payment but decided to cancel it. All of the amount deposited will not be refunded. Please be reminded that we secure the items once you've sent your order.

2. PAY TO ORDER : We only process orders that are already paid (if its in pre-order period). Cash on delivery is ONLY APPLICABLE for the remaining balances of the buyer.

3. Damaged items : Our shop won't be liable in case the item was damaged due to shipping. We won't issue a refund nor accept returns as we have no control over the shipment, specially for international shipment. But we assure you that we give our 100% best for packaging your item.

4. Any MANUFACTURING DEFECT (kulang ng items inside of a SEALED item, may gasgas sa loob, damaged or defected item), won't also be a subject for a refund nor return. We only sell items, we are not the one in-charge for the manufacturing of the items. We request all the buyers to conduct an unboxing video once they received the item. We might be able to help you raising the problem to the manufacturers.

5. Our shop won't be held liable on delay due to any nature problems (Pandemic, Typhoon, etc.) .
